Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies, foster collaboration in a technical environment and ensure consistent delivery using Scrum and Kanban practices. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of Agile principles in a project setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban facilitator in a technical environment.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery in manufacturing or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ensure consistent flow and delivery using Scrum and Kanban practices tailored to the Trident Project
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum

• Collaborate with the Agile Coach to ensure alignment with Agile practices
