Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban facilitator in a technical or data-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery in manufacturing or infrastructure-related projects is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum.
• Encourage continuous improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the Agile Coach to ensure alignment with Agile practices.
• Apply Agile principles consistently while adapting to the team's context and maturity.
• Promote Agile values across the team and stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
• Align team activities with project goals and business priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support delivery.
