Job summary

A staffing agency is looking for a Scrum Master in Kentucky to lead Agile ceremonies and promote Scrum and Kanban practices. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban facilitator in a technical or data-driven environment.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery in manufacturing or infrastructure-related projects is a plus.

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
