• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to meet milestones.
• Promote Agile best practices and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and company policies.
• Manage stakeholder communications and set clear expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
