Job summary

NTT DATA North America in San Diego, California, seeks an onsite Scrum Master to lead agile teams, coordinate sprints, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. You will coach teams, manage backlogs with product owners, and remove impediments to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.

The role requires 5+ years in a scrum master role and 5+ years in software development, with strong facilitation and collaboration skills to drive scrum maturity on projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a scrum master role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field.

Compensation

The starting pay range for this role is $75/hour.
