Job Description
- Manage each project's scope and timeline.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand‑ups.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Serve as point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders).
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Help teams implement changes effectively.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
- Build a productive environment where team members "own" the product and enjoy working on it.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a scrum master role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
- Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution ability.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field.
Nice to Have
- Scrum master certification is a plus.
- Mentoring of junior team members.
- Experience with SVN, Git, Gradle version control, and Bitbucket.

Compensation
The starting pay range for this role is $75/hour.
