Job summary

Xlysi LLC, Expert Portal Solutions in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Scrum Master for an on-site W2 role. The successful candidate will facilitate all Scrum events, support the Discovery phase, and coordinate with multi-vendor teams in a banking/financial context.

Strong JIRA skills and effective communication are essential to drive planning and delivery. Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master with CSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates all scrum events.
• Extensive experience with JIRA and roadmap planning.
• Coach the Discovery team and enable self-organization.
• Partner with Product Owners, Program or Project Managers to communicate status and risks.
• Collaborate with Business Architects, Product Owner, UX Designers and Tech Leads to drive discovery scope.

• Minimum 3 years of Experience as a Scrum Master. CSM
• certification preferred.
• Needs to work out on Minneapolis, MN office (on premise)
• Experience in executing Discovery process as a Scrum
• Experienced working in an onsite offshore model
• Experienced working in Banking/Financial Domain
• Good Communication skills
• Facilitates all scrum events
• Extensive experience of working in JIRA. Experience in Roadmap
• plugin feature is preferred
• Understanding of Agile, working with different teams, status
• reporting and run multivendor/employee scrum team
• Ensure the Discovery Team delivers stories and designs within
• timeline dates.
• Encourage & enable self-organization within the Discovery Team
• Coach the Discovery team members, as and when needed
• Creating continuous improvement initiatives as an outcome from

• Partners with Product Owners, Program or Project Managers to
• communicate status of the deliverables and escalates key risks
