SoftPathTechnologies is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to guide a remote agile team and partner with the product owner to deliver value. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach team members, and help remove impediments to maintain velocity.

Responsibilities include backlog grooming, story estimation, epic creation, and cross-team coordination to ensure productive sprints and high-quality increments.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of IT and 5 years of Scrum Master experience with agile/DevOps teams.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Rally or Jira) for backlog management.
• Ability to estimate stories.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Location: Remote

Contract: 6+ Month

Identify project stakeholders and facilitate selection and formation of the scrum team Conduct daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings Work with development team in story grooming, story estimating, and creation of epics and personas Facilitate the acceptance of stories into a sprint, working with development team and product owner Facilitate team standups to understand what has been completed, what will be worked on, and what impediments exist Work with product owner and others to remove impediments to ensure that the development team can stay focused and productive Communicate and coordinate with other teams including participation in scrum of scrums Work to identify improvements by facilitating retrospectives Support product owner with backlog management

Skills: Minimum 6 years of IT and 5 years of previous Scrum Master experience with agile development/DevOps teams. Proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) Knowledge of industry standard Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP Proficiency in using Agile tools (e.g., Rally or Jira) to manage backlog Proficiency in Agile Story Estimation Ability to perform detail-oriented business and technical analysis to Client, refine, and document the requirements for technically-oriented projects into Epics, Features, and/or Stories Customer- and relationship-focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, self-directed Ability to multi-task and solve problems innovatively
