Job Title: Scrum Master – Integrations & Business Intelligence
Location: U.S. based - Remote (CST/EST - Austin, TX preferred)
Reports to: Head of Product
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support two high-impact technical delivery teams:
- A team managing over 200 integrations between Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other enterprise systems
- A Business Intelligence (BI) team delivering reporting solutions across financial, operational, and supply chain domains using Power BI and enterprise data assets
This is a hands-on role ideal for a servant leader who can coach, facilitate, and empower teams delivering in both application integration and data analytics contexts. The Scrum Master will be a key player in helping the organization scale agile practices while driving delivery of foundational capabilities such as a hub-and-spoke integration model and self-service analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) for both the Integrations and BI teams
- Coach team members on Agile best practices while adapting to team-specific needs and maturity
- Drive accountability and momentum by managing blockers, dependencies, and prioritization with stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owners to ensure backlogs are groomed, visible, and prioritized
- Track and analyze sprint metrics to identify trends and support continuous improvement
- Support delivery of key integration modernization efforts (e.g., migration to hub-and-spoke architecture with centralized data lake)
- Facilitate coordination with business owners, data stewards, and analysts to ensure BI solutions are aligned with user needs and enterprise standards
- Help BI team deliver accurate, timely reports and dashboards with attention to financial, operational, and supply chain use cases
- Foster alignment across cross-functional business, product & technology stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role across technical delivery teams
- Experience supporting teams that build enterprise data integrations (preferably with Oracle Fusion and OIC)
- Understanding of key reporting domains such as financial reporting, operations, and supply chain
- Proven success facilitating Agile delivery across parallel workstreams or shared resources
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with both technical and business audiences
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, change, and organizational transformation
- Skilled in using Agile tooling such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or other recognized Agile certification
- Prior experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with data lake architecture and modern data platforms
- Strong familiarity with Business Intelligence/reporting, ideally with exposure to Power BI, SQL, and enterprise data models
- Basic working knowledge of data visualization best practice
