A leading financial institution is seeking a remote Scrum Master II to support the Payments Delivery team, focusing on agile practices and team management. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience or a High School diploma with 8 years. Responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring project efficiency. Preferred qualifications include Scrum Master Certification and knowledge of the banking domain.
This is a remote role that may be hired in North Carolina, Texas, Arizona, and Florida. Other locations may be considered on an as-needed basis.
The Scrum Master II will be part of First Citizens Bank’s Payments Delivery team within the Enterprise Payments organization, and be aligned to the Credit Card Risk Management (CCRM) vertical, with a focus on Merchant Services. This position supports the management of product and software development teams as a servant leader.
Ensures that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating, meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. Assists in increasing team efficiency and provides motivation and guidance for process improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience
