Red Arch Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to drive Agile software development for an enterprise metadata and data tagging initiative supporting the DIA. You will work with PMO and technical leads to provide operational leadership to cross-functional teams focused on Data Engineering and DevSecOps in secure federal environments.

The role emphasizes Agile governance, CI/CD pipeline support, impediment removal, and collaboration with cybersecurity engineers to ensure timely

Qualifications

Clearance: Active, current Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph.
12+ years of experience leading Agile development teams in complex DoD/IC programs.
Certification: Current Scrum Master Certification; SAFe Agilist favorable.

Responsibilities

Champion Agile methodologies across the SDLC and facilitate ceremonies.
Track Data Engineering Epics, User Stories, and tasks in a sprint workflow using DevSecOps tools.
Coordinate with Cybersecurity Systems Engineers to streamline delivery of technical solutions.
Maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and ensure environment promotion aligns with Agile delivery.
Identify and remove impediments, driving continuous improvement and QA.
