Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Scrum Master to accelerate delivery of healthcare technology solutions. You will coach and facilitate Agile teams, remove impediments, and drive Lean-Agile practices across engineering, product, QA, and operations.

You will lead cross-functional delivery governance, mentor Product Owners, and promote DevOps maturity to improve predictability and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or delivery leader.
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Agile teams or large-scale initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery approaches.
• Experience coaching Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, influence, and organizational change management skills.

Your Role

As a Scrum Master at Stellarus, you'll play a critical role in accelerating the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions by empowering Agile teams to do their best work. Serving as a coach, facilitator, and servant leader, you'll help teams embrace Lean-Agile practices, remove obstacles, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Agile teams or large-scale initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery approaches.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated use of flow metrics and delivery analytics to improve outcomes.
• Experience coaching Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, influence, and organizational change management skills.
• Experience in technology, platform engineering, DevOps, or product organizations.
• Required certification: PSM II, A-CSM, CSP-SM, ICAgile, SAFe, or equivalent
