Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in developing in multiple software development project teams.
• 5+ years' experience in leading multiple agile software development project teams.
• Experience with Java/JEE, XML, SOAP, REST, and Spring Framework.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trained team facilitator responsible for agile practices.
• Help the team improve and take responsibility for their actions.
• Remove blocking issues and ensure team focus towards objectives.
