Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Scrum Master for the Precision Fires/MLRS program located on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. You will lead agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams to deliver critical defense projects with stakeholders.

Must have 5+ years as Scrum Master, a deep agile background, and an active Secret clearance. Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps or Jira, and collaboration with product owners is required for successful delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Active Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.
Deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
Experience scheduling, facilitating scrum events, and resolving conflicts.
Experience with CI/CD and Automated Testing.
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure team progress.
Promote adherence to agile practices and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product owners and development teams to prioritize backlog.
Track and report agile metrics to stakeholders.
Coach teams to improve delivery and quality.
