Job summary

Info Origin Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support an Agile delivery team working on tolling (E-ZPass) systems. The role requires facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing Azure DevOps work items, tracking project progress, and coordinating with development teams and management.

Hybrid in Mechanicsville, VA, Contract position. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Scrum Master experience, a CSM certification, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
• Experience managing backlogs, work items, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
• Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting technical or software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain user stories, tasks, and work items in Azure DevOps.
• Track Agile metrics, project status, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
• Investigate issues before escalation and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with developers, the Development Manager, and cross-functional teams.
