Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile facilitation role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (PSM I/II, SAFe SM).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and guide the team on Agile principles.
• Identify and remove impediments that block the team's progress.
