Scrum Master - 1 year contract - 100% Remote

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support our Engineering Portfolio of projects, acting as a personable and technical lead for large, complex projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with Technical Directors, Program Managers, and other technical leaders to capture business requirements, oversee development, launch, and post-launch activities. The ability to break down large projects into manageable tasks and deliver them successfully and on time is essential.

Position Role Type:

The role involves supporting our engineering projects with a focus on agile methodologies, leadership, and coordination across teams to ensure project success.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Solid hands-on experience managing the SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to serve as a subject matter expert in all functional areas of the project during TEMs and meetings.
• Evaluate project status, team capacity, and impact on schedules.
• Analyze system performance and recommend corrective and preemptive actions.
• Design and implement solutions for reported or discovered problems.
• Deliver high-quality, timely solutions focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in triage meetings to share knowledge with project leads, stakeholders, and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• BSc/BA in Software Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with multi-environment deployments.
• Practical knowledge in leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics within a work area.
• Supporting AI/ML/Data Science projects is a plus.
• Degree in STEM or related field preferred, with 8+ years of experience or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
