Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Scrum Master with Top Secret clearance to support government customers in Vienna, VA. The role focuses on applying Kanban or Scrum to ensure work progresses and goals are met, coordinating with government leads, tech leads, program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, tracking Jira statuses, guiding Kanban processes, and clearly communicating project

• Shall have at least two years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
• Must be able to demonstrate working in an operational environment where priorities change frequently.
• Must be able to demonstrate expertise in being proactive in identifying and resolving blockers, organizing sprint releases and superior organizational skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office tools.

The Scrum Master will utilize Kanban or Scrum principles to ensure work progresses on schedule and achieves the goals of the organization.
