Job description

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Scrum Master to lead and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. In this remote role, you will facilitate Agile practices while also supporting traditional Waterfall delivery models as required, ensuring successful execution across varying project types and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices for cross-functional teams, and support Waterfall delivery where required to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and stakeholders to define scope, schedules, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Coach teams on Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and adapt practices to fit project context and organizational needs.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risk, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Promote effective communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution to maintain productive team dynamics.
• Maintain project visibility through appropriate tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello or similar).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience working in Waterfall or hybrid project environments.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management, including scope, schedule, and risk management.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or similar.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• PMP or experience working under traditional PMO structures is a plus.
