Inadev is seeking a Scrum Master to support a dedicated Agile team in Reston, VA. You will own the team’s delivery cadence, facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove impediments, and help the team leverage AI-assisted delivery tools.

You will maintain team metrics, coordinate cross-team dependencies, assist the Product Owner with backlog refinement and sprint readiness, and drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives.

Qualificações

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Hybrid schedule in Reston, VA and DC area client sites.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain government clearance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile tools.
• 2+ years as Scrum Master for software delivery teams.
• CSM or PSM I certification.

Description

Position Summary

The Scrum Master serves a dedicated Agile team on the program, owning the team's delivery cadence and health. You will facilitate all sprint ceremonies, clear impediments, keep team metrics honest and visible, and help the team make effective use of AI-assisted delivery tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews/demos, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and shield the team from disruption; escape blockers promptly
• Maintain team boards, metrics, and sprint reports, leveraging AI-assisted tooling
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters on cross-team dependencies and integration points

Requirements

Non-Technical Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYBRID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
• Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.
• Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement.
• Must be open to collaboration, feedback and client asks.
• Must enjoy working with a vibrant team of outgoing personalities.

Required Qualifications

• CSM or PSM I certification
• 2+ years as a Scrum Master for software delivery teams
• Working knowledge of Jira or equivalent Agile tooling
• Strong facilitation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe certification
• Federal project experience
• Familiarity with AI-assisted estimation and reporting tools
