Job summary

Inadev is seeking an Architect/Technical Lead to guide a Sprint Team on the platform. You will own technical direction, ensure code quality, and mentor developers to align with cloud-native and AI-augmented architecture standards.

You will lead design decisions, champion engineering best practices, and collaborate with Scrum Master and Product Owner to shape delivery and sprint scope. Hybrid Reston, VA work arrangement expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience including a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on development with modern cloud-native stacks.
• Experience with AWS services and CI/CD delivery.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and design direction for the Sprint Team
• Own code quality, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Translate architecture standards into team-level implementation decisions
• Mentor developers and support their technical growth
• Partner with the Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery and sprint scope
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tooling within the team
• Resolve technical impediments and coordinate cross-team integration points

Requirements

Non-Technical Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (2-3 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
• Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.

Required Qualifications
