Job summary

enGen is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to empower teams to deliver maximum business value. You will coach teams in Scrum, facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Reviews, and remove impediments to help teams achieve their Sprint goals.

You will support a culture of self-organizing, cross-functional teams, enabling continuous improvements and effective collaboration with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and healthcare-related exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration/management or related field is required or 6 years of progressive experience in lieu of degree.
• 1 year as a Scrum Master required; 3 years of project and/or team coordination preferred.
• Healthcare/Health Insurance industry experience and coaching background are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Agile coaching for Scrum teams to ensure adoption and improvement of Scrum practices and outcomes.
• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review) and remove impediments.
• Coach teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Teach and mentor new staff members in Scrum practices and values.
• Escalate issues outside the team when needed and drive cross-team collaboration.
