The Opportunity:

As a Scrum Master, you're passionate about delivering outcomes and empowering development teams that revolutionize intelligence analysis through cutting-edge AI technology. You understand how Agile best practices drive successful delivery of complex, mission-critical systems. We need a Scrum Master like you to guide solutions that will transform how intelligence professionals collect, process, and analyze multi-domain data to protect national security.

On our team, you'll coach cross-functional development teams building a complex intelligence analysis platform on AWS, ensuring sprint goals align with critical intelligence capabilities. You'll apply Scrum principles to navigate the unique challenges of AI and ML development cycles and complex cloud architectures. Using tools like Jira and Confluence, you'll drive sustainable process improvements that help your teams excel at sprint planning, delivery execution, and continuous improvement while managing the intricacies of machine learning model development and deployment.

In this role, you'll directly impact national security by enabling development teams to deliver an autonomous intelligence platform that processes vast amounts of multi-source data in real-time. You Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master facilitating Agile development teams
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services and modern software development practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple dependencies and cross-functional coordination
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science , Engineering, or Business field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certification
  
  

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with machine learning development lifecycles and AI and ML project management
• Knowledge of intelligence analysis workflows, data classification, and security protocols
• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering with technical and non-technical stakeholders in high-security environments
• Secret clearance
• Advanced Agile Certification such as CSP, SAFe Agilist, or similar scaling frameworks Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
