What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum events to ensure effective team collaboration
- Guide and coach the team in Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices
- Assist in the removal of impediments and create a productive environment for the team
- Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog
- Monitor and report on team progress, metrics, and upcoming deliverables to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework, with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CSM, PSM)
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to enhance team dynamics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a project management or Agile capacity
