Job summary

Interclypse is seeking a Scrum Master in Maryland to lead Agile teams and ensure quality delivery of projects. You will be responsible for coaching Scrum Teams, enhancing processes, and contributing to the long-term goals of Maryland state agencies.

A Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience are required, along with a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. The position offers a supportive culture with benefits that enhance work-life balance.

Interclypse supports several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. All positions are required to be onsite at various locations in Maryland. This opportunity allows candidates to contribute to the long-term health and success of the state while learning and growing professionally within our growth‑mindset culture.

Responsibilities

Leads Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams to ensure delivery and releases are within scope. Responsible for ongoing development of the team and continued improvement of development process, product quality and quantity of work delivered. Guides and coaches the Scrum Team.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field
• Three (3) years of relevant experience. Scrum Master certification typically preferred
