Job summary

Publicis Media is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive delivery across our Creator Commerce platform. You will partner with product leaders and engineers to maintain sprint cadence, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery across multiple teams.

The role requires 5–8+ years in product-driven environments, deep Jira/Confluence expertise, and a track record of improving delivery metrics using AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Program Manager in a product-driven organization.
• Strong experience running Agile/Scrum processes with engineering and product teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence, including workflow optimization, board setup, tagging, and automation.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, and team efficiency.
• Proven ability to track and improve delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput).
• Strong organizational skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to proactively manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with release planning and coordinating complex, multi-team deliverables.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on executional excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Backlog grooming and refinement sessions.
• Ensure backlog readiness with clearly defined, estimated Product Backlog items.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives.
• Track feature progress and ensure timely delivery across sprints.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; drive resolution.
• Communicate delays and changes in timelines to stakeholders.
• Facilitate trade-off decisions (scope vs. time vs. quality) with Product.
• Assign resources in coordination with Engineering Leads.
• Track engineering workload and capacity across sprints and releases.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor engineering performance metrics: Sprint burndown, Cycle time, Throughput/velocity.
• Own status reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Infrastructure, QA, Legal, and Marketing.
• Build and maintain project timelines and release schedules.
• Own and improve Jira and Confluence workflows; set up boards, tagging, dashboards.
• Implement automation within Jira/Confluence to improve efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, generate reports, surface insights.
• Establish and enforce best practices for documentation and team processes.

Overview

Influential is looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Project Manager / Scrum Master to support delivery across our Creator Commerce platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and is passionate about driving predictive, high-quality execution across product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Jira and Confluence workflows
• Set up and manage boards, tagging structures, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Implement automation within Jira and Confluence to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, generate reports, and surface actionable insights
• Establish and enforce best practices for documentation and team processes

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $107,744.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
