Tech Mahindra is seeking a Scrum Master to drive end-to-end delivery for automotive software programs in Lewisville, TX. The role requires leading onsite teams from proposal to production, coordinating cross-functional groups across systems, cloud, and QA, and ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.

The position emphasizes strong Agile/Scrum execution, stakeholder engagement, and governance while supporting business growth and resource planning.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of overall experience with at least 5 years managing Connected Automotive or Automotive Software Engineering programs.
• Experience working with global OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and distributed engineering teams.

The pay range for this role is $90k- $120k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end project/program delivery from proposal through production deployment.

Leadership Responsibilities Lead onsite-offshore teams, mentor project leads, manage customer relationships, conduct executive reviews, drive operational excellence, resource planning, utilization management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering,

Computer Science, Electronics, Automotive Engineering or related discipline. Experience 12 18 years of overall experience with at least 5 years managing Connected Automotive or Automotive Software Engineering programs.
