Job summary

The candidate should have 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in P&C insurance projects, with a strong track record in delivering technical projects and promoting DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Property & Casualty insurance projects.
• Proven track record of managing technical projects and leading Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and release management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices.
