The Opportunity:
CACI is seeing a Scrum Master who will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting and building new features for the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), which consists of many capabilities spanning all aspects of DoD procurement from Solicitation through Contract Closeout and related activities.
The Scrum Master is responsible for leading the software development agile team by overseeing design, implementation, Quality Assurance, and validation of programming code and products; creating project outlines and timelines; facilitating daily stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing; removing project obstacles; documenting progress and communicating to appropriate audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads Agile product teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) organization.

  • Conducts Agile SAFe ceremonies and events.

  • Tracks and collects Agile metrics for inclusion into program level metrics.

  • Facilitates team velocity and removes blockers.

  • Supports Shared Services and technical program leadership in conducting release planning, system design and system implementation as needed.

  • Responsible for team performance to include delivery of documented deliverables.

  • Creates meeting agendas and tracks after action items to closure for meetings as required.

  • Facilitates team communications and updates Program Management Office (PMO), productowner, product stakeholders, and staff as appropriate.

  • Prepares briefings on product status for both CACI and Government leadership.

  • Collaborates effectively with team members across multiple organizations.

  • Effectively documents and manages customer expectations in a fast-paced and fluid environment.

  • Assists Quality/Program Manager with the creation of contract deliverable documentation.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be US Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

  • Must have a SAFe Scrum Master Certification.

  • Experience managing projects in similar size and with multiple competing priorities.

  • Experience managing IT projects using either Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

  • Adaptable and able to work constructively with a technically and geographically diverse team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment; working with others to meet aggressive time-based goals and high-quality standards.

Desired:

  • Experience with SAFe.

  • Managerial experience.

  • Business Analysis experience.

  • Familiar with one or more of the following: DoD Contracting, DoD Purchase/Acquisition, DoD.

  • Supply/Logistics and/or DoD Payment processing.

  • Familiar with JIRA, Confluence or similar programs.

  • Familiar with Mockflow or similar wireframe programs and concepts.

  • Java Software Development experience.

  • Experience supporting Government contracts.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
