Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to own the Scrum board in partnership with the Product Owner, ensure delivery alignment, and support SAFe practices. The role collaborates with upstream and downstream teams to clarify requirements, testing, and delivery expectations.

You will foster clear acceptance criteria, drive the Definition of Done, and help mature Scrum processes across teams while contributing to a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Excellent critical thinking with the ability to bring clarity out of confusion.
• Hands-on with testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Scrum board in partnership with the Product Owner.
• Apply SAFe Agile methodology in day-to-day activities.
• Create Scrum cards as needed.
• Ensure Scrum cards are followed through to completion.
• Represent the team in cross-team ceremonies.
• Vet work items for robust business acceptance criteria.
• Vet work items for robust technical acceptance criteria.
• Ensure adherence to the Definition of Done and mature it over time.
• Partner with upstream and downstream teams to ensure needs are met.
• Ensure robust test plans are in place.
• Eliminate unvetted assumptions by working with partner teams.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a role supporting the responsibilities listed above.
• Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to bring clarity out of confusion.
• Self-starter who is eager and curious about strengthening the team.
• Highly analytical with the ability to dig into work items and topics.
• Willingness to get hands-on with testing and validation.
• Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master certification preferred.
