Responsabilidades

• Scale Scrum practices for larger projects by coordinating multiple Scrum teams.
• Lead and facilitate meetings ensuring Scrum Masters and team reps are aligned on progress and dependencies.
• Identify and address impediments, conflicts, and dependencies between teams.
• Act as a central communication hub ensuring information flows between teams.
• Manage the shared product backlog and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee bi-monthly Sprint Reviews with PMO/TPOC and ensure teams have access to necessary tools/environments.

Job Description

In this role the Scrums and/or Lead for Agile Release Train (ART) facilitates communication and coordination between multiple Scrum teams working on a large project(s), ensuring a fully integrated product increment at the end of each sprint.

Requirements for this role:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree plus 7-10 years' experience, or a Master's Degree plus 5 years of experience.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support agile development using methodologies based on iterative development, requirements and solutions
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools.
• Strong communications skills: you will be required to proactively engage fellow CDAO members and DoD cross-organizational colleagues both inside and outside of the team.
• Travel to different locations as needed by the client in the Virginia area

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Primary goal is to scale Scrum practices for larger projects by coordinating the efforts of multiple Scrum teams.
• Lead and facilitate meetings, ensuring that all Scrum Masters or representatives from each team are aware of progress, dependencies, and potential issues.
• Identify and address impediments, conflicts, and dependencies between teams
• Act as a central point of communication, ensuring that information flows effective between the different Scrum teams.
• Manage the shared product backlog, ensuring that all teams are working on the right things and that the product is delivered in a timely manner.
• Candidate will oversee and facilitate bi-monthly Sprint Reviews with the Program Management Office and/or Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).They validate that the Scrum/Agile teams have access to all the necessary software, tools, and environments to be successful.
