Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks an experienced Scrum Master in Atlanta to drive agile practices within Client Delivery Teams and the DATA Practice. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and partner with Product Owners to deliver value from data platform projects.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in agile leadership, strong coaching skills, and proficiency with ALM tools. This role supports a culture of continuous learning and improvement across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading scrum for data migrations, data engineering transformation projects in Snowflake, Databricks and Azure.
• 10+ years guiding teams in agile software development as project manager or delivery manager.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator for Data Platform projects.
• 5+ years configuring and managing one or more ALM tools (Jira, Planview, VersionOne, AgileCraft, Rally, ADO, etc.).
• Strong lean–agile values, principles and practices with practical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum for data migrations and data platform projects to ensure timely value delivery.
• Coach teams and stakeholders to adopt and sustain agile practices across delivery teams.
• Facilitate ceremonies, train teams, and mentor peers across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Client Delivery Teams to improve flow and outcomes.

AsaScrum Master,you will work with Client Delivery Teams, ProductOwners,and the NTT DATA’s DATA Practice team to assist with ongoing deployment of Agile practices across clients. Youmayalsointeractwith all levels oftheorganizationtoinform and influenceunderstanding of thevalueinthechange.

This roleteachesthe fundamentals of agilityin context of the team solution delivery. This istaught and maintained by coaching stances in training, teaching, mentoring, modeling, facilitating, etc., Providing helpful written documentation in context on Agileevents, metrics andmeasures that matter,dashboards, insights,tools, and techniquesisexpected. This role is important to support our goal of returning the highest possible value to our businesses and our customers.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of Experienced in leading scrum for data migrations, data engineering transformation type of projects in Snowflake, Databricks and Azure

10+ yearsguiding teams in agilesoftware development asProject manager or Deliverymanager.

5+ years working as a Scrum Masteror Agile Team Facilitator for Data Platform projects.

5+years' experienceconfiguring andmanagingone or more of the followingagile application lifecycle management tools(Jira, MiroPlanview,VersionOne,AgileCraft,Rally,ADO(TFS),etc.)

5 + years’ experience working inagile fundamentals such as lean-agile values, principles, and practices. As well, their optimal application and outcomes desired.

• SASM-SAFeAdvanced Scrum Master(scaled;SAFe6+)
• ICP-ATF, PSM, CSM – Recognized Scrum Master Certifications
• Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to desired outcomes for the purpose.
• Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to other colleagues in various roles, as well as leaders.
• Organizational, good time management, balanced attention to help optimize a valued outcome across varying priorities.
