Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the DISA CESO program in Rosslyn, VA. The role requires serving as a servant leader for Agile teams, facilitating processes, and ensuring delivery of program objectives across cloud, infrastructure, and modernization initiatives.

The successful candidate will have strong Agile leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to coordinate complex technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

Maximus is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) program in Rosslyn, VA.

The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader for Agile teams supporting mission‑critical cloud, infrastructure, and application modernization initiatives across Department of Defense environments. This position is responsible for facilitating Agile processes, driving continuous improvement, removing impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of program objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong Agile leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to coordinate complex technical initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams.

This role is on‑site, five days a week and requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.
