Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking a surgical support professional for an onsite 12-week contract starting 9/21/2026. The role emphasizes cardiac/vascular care with a CVOR focus.
You will scrub, maintain asepsis, coordinate with RNs and the care team, and ensure patient safety while handling environment and equipment. NBSTSA certification is required.
Shifts are day shift, 8 hours with potential calls and weekend coverage based on department needs.
$1,974 weekly stipends $11.85/hour $474 weekly base pay Onsite Contract Starts 9/21/2026 12 weeks
Day Shift 8 hours/day 5 days/week
12 weeks/40 hr/wk; 8 hour shifts
Day Shift – 0630-1500 with 2-3 weekday calls and every 3 th-4th weekend call

Job Summary: To provide safe care for patients following established standards and practices in accordance with professional and hospital standards.
Contacts: Constant interaction with internal and external customers to include (but not limited to) patients, families, physicians, employees and visitors.

Other: Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment. This position has limited access to Medication Rooms. Medications should not be handled at any time. Any questions should be directed to your supervisor or the charge nurse of the unit in question.
Work Demands/Environment: Frequent standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, crouching, stooping. Frequent lifting/moving patients. Intermittent lifting, moving or carrying up to 50 lbs. Frequent pushing or pulling up to 50 lbs. Frequent use of finger/hand dexterity. Constant reaching with hands/arms and twisting. Frequent talking and/or hearing. Corrected hearing and vision to normal range. Exposure to blood, body fluids or tissue. Possible exposure to infectious materials, communicable diseases and/or other conditions common to a healthcare environment. Intermittent exposure to risk of exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Moderate to high noise level in work area. Requires work under stressful conditions, deadlines, or irregular hours. May be required to take call and/or work weekends/holidays based on the needs of the department.
MUST HAVE CVOR EXPERIENCE. Must be NBSTSA certified
