Copeland in Natchitoches, LA is seeking a Team Member for the Scroll Machinery department on the night shift. You will set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate metal parts, monitor operations, and ensure parts meet specifications.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 40 lbs, and willingness to pass background and drug tests. We offer wage progression every 3 months and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

**TEAM MEMBER-SCROLL MACHINERY NIGHTS \\*Pay Rate $19.92 per Hour\\***Night Shift: 3:50 PM- 2:30 AMBased in our **Natchitoches, LA** location you will work in our Scroll Machinery department. Join our team and start your journey today!**Essential Duties & Responsibilities*** Set up and operate numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate metallic parts.* Operates machinery/process in assigned area.* Work cross functionally between machines and areas.* Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.* Verifies conformance of work piece to specifications.* Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.* Assists in troubleshooting production problems.* Initiates and/or support process improvements and corresponding documentation.* Trains other team members in assigned operations as needed, working in a team environment.* Follow Work Instructions for each step of the process to meet acceptable production standards during and after training completed.* Maintain hourly/daily activity records supporting quality production.* Assure compliance to all safety, environmental and health standards, procedures, and practices* Other duties, as directed.**\\*Guaranteed wage progression every 3 months, for the first two years! \\*****Mathematical Skills:** Basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate simple percentages. Be able to add and subtract decimal values.
