Job summary

Suno is seeking a hands-on motion designer to craft performance-driven short-form video ads for Meta and TikTok. You will rework brand motion into scalable variants and create original motion for paid campaigns, including kinetic type, captions, logos, and UI elements.

You’ll drive rapid testing, iterate quickly, and push a brand-forward yet performance-focused motion strategy across formats and placements, with a global audience in mind.

Qualifications

• Strong motion portfolio for short-form video ads.
• Proficient in After Effects; Premiere and CapCut for fast cuts.
• Understanding of direct-response creative and performance metrics.
• Ability to produce many variants quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Proactive, self-directed work style.
• Ability to extend an existing brand system while creating new motion for performance.

Responsibilities

• Rework the brand team’s motion into performance-native ad variants for Meta and TikTok.
• Build original motion from scratch for paid: kinetic type, animated captions, logo, product, and UI motion.
• Design motion that carries the hook in the first second, especially where there’s no live footage.
• Produce multiple iterations of winning concepts to feed continuous creative testing.
• Adapt motion across formats and placements (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) for Stories, Reels, and Feed.
• Bring original concepts and angles to the table, not just execute against a board.
• Hold brand coherence while pushing what actually works for performance.
• Turn performance signals into sharper motion, doubling down on what’s working.
