Job summary

Suno is seeking a hands-on motion designer for paid social in New York. This contract role focuses on turning brand motion into ad variants and building original motion from scratch for fast iteration and performance testing.

You will work with After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, and social platforms (Meta, TikTok) to produce multiple variants at speed while maintaining brand coherence and drive performance, onsite in NYC.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of motion created for short-form video ads for Meta and/or TikTok.
• Deep understanding of direct-response creative including hooks, angles, pacing.
• Ability to deliver a high volume of variants at speed without sacrificing quality.
• Proactive, self-directed with ability to identify gaps and contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

• Rework the brand team’s motion into performance-native ad variants for Meta and TikTok.
• Build original paid social motion from scratch, including kinetic type, animated captions, logo, product, and UI motion.
• Create motion designed to carry the hook in the first second for concepts without live footage.
• Produce multiple iterations of winning concepts to support continuous creative testing.
• Adapt motion across formats and placements including 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 for Stories, Reels, and Feed.
• Bring original concepts and angles, supporting the creative direction rather than just executing a board.
• Maintain brand coherence while pushing toward what performs for paid social.
• Use performance signals to refine motion decisions and double down on what works.
