Dhar Mann Studios is seeking a dynamic Producer to drive our scripted production operations from ideation through post‑production. This ground‑floor role requires on‑set leadership, budget awareness, and a track record of managing complex multi‑stage projects for digital platforms.

You will collaborate across Main Channel, Brands, Shorts, and SVOD projects, oversee on‑set direction and vendor relations, and help raise quality while keeping schedules and costs on track.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital scripted production, with on‑set leadership experience preferred.
• Deep expertise in digital platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, SVOD/FAST).
• Proven ability to manage low‑cost, quick turnaround productions for a social media audience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all life cycles of scripted episodes from idea to final upload with emphasis on production and post, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and delivery to timelines.
• Lead in‑studio and on‑location productions, directing on set, managing vendors, and elevating quality while representing Dhar Mann Studios.
• Coordinate across Main Channel, Brands, Shorts, and SVOD/FAST projects to ensure teams have what they need to finish on time and on budget.
• Innovate new workflows to cut time and cost, presenting budgets and timelines to supervising teams monthly.
• Monitor trends, platform dynamics, audience feedback, and analytics to refine content strategy and success.
• Build a pipeline of commercially viable content while preserving brand voice and moral storytelling.
