You will have a high degree of responsibility and independence. This position will consist of back-office duties including:

· Medical Scribe

· Work with a team to room patients and obtain a detailed medical history.

· Document all patient appointments and enter charges as instructed by Physician.

· Pre-load charts into EHR and assist Medical Assistants with chart preparation.
