Bearon Manufacturing LLC, located in Landisville, PA, is seeking a Screw Machinist. You will learn to set up and run Davenport screw machines under guided mentorship and work with precision tools to meet blueprinted specs. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on mechanical experience or coursework.
• Familiarity with basic blueprints/schematics.
• Basic use of calipers/micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Master precision operation: set up, operate, and troubleshoot Davenport Screw Machines to produce components.
• Participate in our internal Screw Machine Training program with one-on-one mentorship.
• Use precision measuring tools and shop math to inspect parts against blueprints.
• Adhere to documented processes and procedures for machine operation and inspection.
• Assist with daily machine maintenance to ensure equipment longevity.
• Collaborate with manufacturing team and rotate assignments to gain diverse experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
