Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical inclination or ability to learn.
• Ability to read blueprints and use shop mathematics.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety-minded with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and maintain multi-spindle screw machines by selecting tools, adjusting feeds and speeds, and loading raw materials.
• Interpret part drawings and instructions to produce accurate components.
• Use measuring tools to confirm parts meet specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and follow machining processes.
• Fine-tune the machine or replace worn tools to maintain precision and productivity.
• Keep workspace clean and prioritize safety; support the team with additional duties as needed.
