Screw Machine Operator 2nd Shift - Dixon Quick Coupling
Location: Dallas, NC | Shift Hours: 2:55 PM - 11:25 PM, Monday through Friday | Shift Premium: 20%

At Dixon Quick Coupling, a proud division of Dixon Valve & Coupling Company, we manufacture high-quality quick connect couplings for a wide range of industries. As a Screw Machine Operator, you'll work alongside experienced machinists and gain hands-on training with multi-spindle screw machines. Our structured training program is designed to help you grow, with increasing responsibilities as you build your skills. What You'll Do
- Learn to operate and maintain multi-spindle screw machines
- Perform inspections and follow machining processes
- Keep your workspace clean and prioritize safety at all times
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine work
- Previous work on machines in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read blueprints and use shop mathematics
- Great attitude!

- Great team player!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
