Operator 3, Screw Machine

The Screw Machine Operator is responsible for independently operating and optimizing assigned machinery to achieve high productivity, precision, and consistent product quality. This role involves advanced machine operation, set-up, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements to meet quality standards and ensure smooth operations.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Location: On-Site
• Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment
• Ensure produced items meet quality control standards
• Perform troubleshooting and adjustments on equipment
• Interpret blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Complete documentation accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to 5S standards
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Interpret work instructions and follow directions
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Apply intermediate mathematical skills
• Use gaging instruments proficiently

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently
• Handle complex issues proficiently
• Solid knowledge of the subject matter
