We're looking for creatives to join our bench as we increase our capacity. We treat our creatives well, with over 89 freelancer reviews. See below if you're interested or know someone who might be!

LOOKING FOR:

Creative Storytellers and Visual Artists

Not just writing words... you're building worlds. You need to be able to write scene directions, outfits, props, create characters, and even imagine animated software within a room. We assist you with concepting.

You’ll be scripting full ads in multiple cutdowns, with multiple hooks. Humor is our main client request, so if you know how to turn a skeptical scroll into a snort-laugh, you're our kind of writer.

Software and UI Creators

You can take Figma files + direction to make software feel like a character in the story. You'll handle a mix of live-action overlays and full-screen motion, usually showing off a product in a way that's clean, clever, and more intuitive than a demo.

A lot of what I like to do in ads is simplify software. You'll often be collaborating with a director on how to do this while maintaining the software's integrity.

Video Editors and Motion Designers

You (and your CPU) are comfortable cutting 6K LOG footage like it's second nature. Your workflow is built for social versions: 16:9, 9:16, captions, you name it. First pass color and SFX are expected. You'll collaborate with an animator (and sometimes a sound designer) to make every cut punch.

We aim to deliver great v1s, so success here involves good intuition for pacing & acting in ad storytelling.
