Job summary

Undergroundshirts is seeking a motivated individual to train as a Screenprinting Press Operator at our Ypsilanti production facility. This position offers a starting pay of up to $16 per hour with opportunities for advancement. The role involves preparing jobs for screen printing, maintaining equipment, and ensuring production standards are met.

Full-time Team Members enjoy benefits such as paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and health insurance. The second shift runs from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime available.

Qualifications

• Standing all day is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Self-initiative and willingness to lead.

Responsibilities

• Prepare each job in accordance with instructions for screen printing production.
• Maintain press equipment in proper operating condition.
• Ensure all orders are completed as scheduled.
