Job summary

Undergroundshirts is seeking a motivated individual to train as a Screenprinting Press Operator at our Ypsilanti production facility. This position offers a starting pay of up to $16 per hour with opportunities for advancement. The role involves preparing jobs for screen printing, maintaining equipment, and ensuring production standards are met.

Description

We're looking for a highly motivated, self‑driven individual to train as a press operator at our Ypsilanti production facility and warehouse.

This position starts at up to $16 an hour based on experience with the opportunity for advancement every 6 months. We provide on‑the‑job, paid training.

Responsibilities

As a Screenprinting Press Operator, additional responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Preparing each job in accordance with a job order or verbal or written instructions for screen printing production.
• Maintain and ensure press equipment is clean and in proper operating condition daily.
• Work with the production manager to ensure all orders are completed as scheduled and are upheld to production standards.

Second shift runs 7am to 3pm Monday – Friday. Optional overtime opportunities are also available.
