About:

Labcorp is a leading provider of biometric testing services, population health, and comprehensive workforce wellness strategies. These services are performed by a network of Labcorp personnel located throughout the country.

Summary:

Labcorp is seeking medical professionals to provide testing services at events. Once hired, staff can assign themselves to local events via our scheduling system. We also provide pre-event training on LES protocols.

Testing services include biometric screenings, COVID-19 PCR testing, COVID-19 point-of-care antigen testing, and temperature checks. Staff are responsible for setting up, executing, and breaking down events while delivering excellent customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Conduct participant biometric screenings, including fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat analysis.
2. Perform COVID-19 PCR testing, point-of-care antigen testing, and temperature checks.
3. Accurately record participant information and screening results.
4. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining participant privacy.
5. Complete administrative and clerical duties as needed.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Medical credentials accepted: MD, RN, LPN, Lab Assistant, Specialty Technician, Supervisor, Phlebotomist (CPT), MA, etc. Note: Medical license required in Indiana.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in fingerstick and venipuncture blood collection, blood pressure measurement.
• Preferred experience with Cholestech LDX.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and tablet skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Must be 18 or older.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Pay Range: $16 - $23 per hour

Offers are based on skills, experience, certifications, equity, and market data.
