Job summary

RiteScreen in Elizabethton, TN is hiring a Screener to help produce high-quality window and patio door screens. You will install screen mesh into frames, assemble finished products, and keep the line moving while meeting quality standards.

You’ll inspect products throughout manufacturing, identify defects, and help maintain RiteScreen's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. This role includes on-the-job training and a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Window and door industry experience is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

What You’ll Do
