Johnson Screens – A Brand Of Aqseptence is seeking a Process and Production Coordinator in Bakersfield to coordinate daily production activities, promote safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement through the OES. The Process and Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, supporting operational performance, and fostering a safe, productive, and engaged work environment. This role partners with production teams and cross‑functional departments to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved while driving continuous improvement through the Operational Excellence System (OES). The Process and Production Coordinator provides direction, coaching, and support to team members, promotes standardized processes, monitors performance metrics, and helps ensure efficient workflow and operational excellence.

Base salary of $83,000–$87,000 annually.
