Job summary

Award Staffing is recruiting for a Screen Printer Machine Operator in Chaska, MN. This temp-to-hire role on 1st Shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM) offers a pay range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour and involves operating manual and automatic screen-printing presses to meet customer specs.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of screen-printing experience, strong color judgment, detail orientation, and good communication.

Qualifications

1 year or more of screen-printing experience.
Math Skills
Good judgement of color and print quality
Detail orientated and well organized.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Adheres to ISO guidelines and procedures.
Lifting 50lbs
Standing for long durations of time
Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.

Responsibilities

85% of the time- Set up and operate manual and automatic screen-printing presses to produce printed product that conforms to specified customer requirements by verifying colors meet customer approved chips and visually inspecting parts during the production run.
5% of the time- Maintain presses and conduct preventative maintenance on presses at scheduled intervals.
5% of the time-Complete documentation, such as production sheets, sign offs on job travelers, 1st article documentation as necessary.
5% of the time-Other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
