About the Opportunity

Job Title: Manual Screen Printer
Pay Rate Range: $20.00-$25.00/hr
Location: Spring Lake Park, MN
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 6AM-4PM
Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1–2 years of screen‑printing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to accurately measure and verify print placement using rulers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Comfortable reading basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for printing by cleaning, degreasing, and treating surfaces to ensure proper ink adhesion.
• Set up and adjust manual screen‑printing equipment and fixtures for different products and material thicknesses.
• Prepare screens and stencils using the appropriate mesh and printing techniques for detailed artwork.
• Mix, test, and apply a variety of industrial inks, including solvent‑based, UV‑curable, and specialty inks.
• Perform manual screen printing while maintaining consistent quality, alignment, and color registration.
• Inspect finished products for print quality, accuracy, and appearance.
• Operate curing equipment such as drying racks, UV curing systems, and heat tunnels.
• Clean and reclaim screens after production runs, following proper procedures for industrial inks and solvents.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
